- 1 Swede / Turnip
- 1 Granny Smith Apple
- 1/4 Onion
- 1/4 Bell Pepper
- 1 pinch salt
- Ground Black Pepper
- 1 tablespoon Mayonaise
- 1 tablespoon Skyr or Greek Yoghurt
- Cube Turnip, Granny Smith Apple and dice the Bell Pepper & Onion
- Steam turnip for approximately 10 minutes then add the apple for approximately 5 minutes before removing from the heat.
- Mix the onion and pepper with the turnip and apple.
- Add the salt and pepper then mix the yogurt and mayonnaise to fully coat the vegetables
