Amazing Passion Fruit Soaked Oats

Ingredients (1 serving)

  • 3/4 cup Oats
  • 2 Passion Fruit (pulped)
  • 1 tsp Agave Syrup
  • 1  cup Water
  • 1/4 cup Greek Yogurt

 

Method

  1. Place oats into a breakfast jar
  2. In a separate cup or bowl, mix the pulp of one passion fruit with the syrup and water.
  3. Add the yogurt to the passion fruit mixture and mix well
  4. Pour this mixture over the oats to cover the oats.
  5. Top with the pulp of the remaining passion fruit
  6. Refrigerate overnight and serve cold
