This is an easy one that randomly came to me when I saw the nutrition guide on a jar of tartar sauce. Since this experiment I have bought tartar sauce.
- 1/4 cup Greek Yogurt
- 2 tsp Dijon Mustard
- Parsley (finely chopped)
- Scallions (finely chopped)
- Black Pepper
- 1 tsp Honey
- Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl and mix well.
This can be stored in the refrigerator for approximately 3 days. Goes well with tuna burgers!
